Ann is an absolutely amazing hair stylist! I’ve had several haircuts and color treatments with her, and my hair looks incredible every time. She always understands exactly what I want—and makes it even better!!😍 I trust her recommendations completely and have never regretted it!
I paid $240 for Ann Nguyen that works out of Alora Nail Spa & Salon for a service that was not performed as requested and caused permanent damage to my hair. I provided clear inspiration photos and requested a dimensional brunette color that requires lightening and toning. Instead, the stylist only used permanent color, which made the result technically impossible from the start. Worse, 6–8 inches of my hair were cut off without my consent, despite explicitly asking to keep my length and only add face-framing and long layers. This wasn’t a difference of opinion—it was a failure to follow basic professional standards and client instructions. I am now forced to seek corrective services elsewhere. Consumers deserve transparency and competence. I did not receive either here. Below is pictures I showed her what I wanted, what my hair looked like before and what she did.
Ann was an amazing hair stylist!! She did a test strand and made sure my color would lift correctly!! I love the outcome and trusted her with long layers and she did exactly what i wanted❤️❤️ thank you Ann!!!!! 10000000/10!!! I recommend her to everyone now!!!!!
